Exchange Policy:
ONE-TIME FREE EXCHANGE : We offer a one-time free exchange on any item purchased from Sinners Street. If you need a different size, simply contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are available for size changes only.
ADDITIONAL EXCHANGES: After the first free exchange, any further exchanges will be subject to a ₹100/- shipment fee per exchange.
Conditions for Exchange:
The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
The security seal must be intact and not broken.
The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
How to Request an Exchange:
Visit our Contact Us page and fill in your information along with the subject within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
Contact our customer service team at support@sinnersstreet.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with return shipping instructions.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Any item that has been worn, washed, altered in any way, or if the security seal is broken.
Items for which the exchange request was not made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Items purchased on sale.
